- What was the original rent before the current tenant? If this tenant moves out, can the new tenant pay the same amount?
- Is the rent higher because the landlord fronted a higher TI on the original? Tenant might want something lower on the renewal
Absorption & Vacancy rate
- Rate at which vacant property is leased (How long to lease out vacant building)
- Rate of sales of lots or units in a subdivision
- Supply of available sqft on market
